Traditional Canoe Build

This June, Agency One hosted a Traditional Canoe Build at Seven Oaks — a two-weekend gathering open to all community members, Elders, youth, and everyone in between. Led by Darren Lentz and Alyssa Lentz from Thunder Bay, the build brought our communities together to learn, work side by side, and reconnect with a tradition rooted in life on this land. Community members also had the opportunity to sign up for a canoe course on site. Miigwech to everyone who came out and made it such a meaningful experience.
